Service Work Orders Reviews, prioritizes, performs, assigns, and follows up on customer work requests. Requests include electronic lock repair and replacement, emergency entry, work request investigation, service call response, key production, installation services & commissioning.
Database documentation Assists with the documentation of key and lock database as necessary.
Quality Assurance Investigates and resolves discrepancies in the delivery of lock and key services to the satisfaction of customers.
High school diploma or equivalent supplemented by approved courses in electronics. Three years of journey level experience in the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of modern electronic equipment.
