The Product Analyst is responsible for initiating contact with customer to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis. In addition, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Develops and fosters partnerships with operational and clinical championships for a given project; interacts with program leadership to help support the strategic planning necessary to enhance MD Anderson's mission. Also act as the lead of cross functional groups as needed to execute on a given project.
Develop metrics for quantifying and tracking the operational and/or clinical impact for solutions under development. Conduct ongoing tracking of the developed measurement during a given project's life cycle.
Independently conduct research, through independent data research and/or user shadowing, to identify business problems which require innovative solutions.
External Business Partner Collaboration of new solutions. This role will ensure that the partner is receiving the necessary requirements, development priorities and feature requests from MD Anderson.
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Master's degree.
Required: Six years of experience in digital innovations, product research, product development, or product analysis. With preferred degree, four years of experience in digital innovations, product research, product development, or product analysis.
Preferred: Market research experience in healthcare industry.
