ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Acts as memberof a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs.Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization,admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. Updates and retrieves patientinformation. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe andorderly manner.
Minimum: $28,800 – Midpoint: $36,000 – Maximum: $43,200
Required: High school diplomaor equivalent.
Preferred: College hours innursing or healthcare related field.
Required: Three years of workexperience. May substitute additional education for required experience on aone to one basis.
Must pass pre-employmentskills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
