Title: Mind/Body Intervention Specialist – Part-time – Integrative Medicine Research

Intervention Delivery Provides mind-body research intervention, neurofeedback specifically, as set forth in research protocols. This includes developing and modifying interventions to fit within a research study model.

Study Coordination Identifies potential research participants, screens for eligibility criteria and tracks participants throughout study period for follow-up assessments. Consents patients to research protocols. Collects patient data related to interventions. Collects data via face-to-face or telephone interviews and questionnaires; behavioral observation; acquires EEG; collects and delivers biological samples. Participates in weekly strategy meetings aimed at identifying needed protocol and procedural changes, coordinating the ongoing implementation of the research protocol, and defining recruitment strategies.

Study Assessments and Laboratory Maintenance Assists in monitoring protocol adherence and participates in strategic planning for protocols. Maintains appropriate documentation of all research and clinical activities and initiates discussion of clinical issues with the PI and other designated clinical and research staff as they arise. Prepares written progress reports and objectives based on evaluation and assessment, prognosis, and other information obtained from other disciplines. Diagnoses electric and electronic failure of equipment and makes proper adjustments. Maintains equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly fashion.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: Min $44,000 Mid $55,000 Max $66,000
