The Information Security department oversees monitoring and improvement of security of information resources including identity management, anti-virus, intrusion detection and remediation, data encryption, risk management and prevention, change management and disaster recovery.
Risk Advisory Services Program Support
Support information security risk advisory services program and supporting workflow.
Provide project workgroup teams information security guidance and awareness
Provide related workpapers accordingly: (meeting agendas, meetings notes, recommendations, issues/actions tracking, project artivifacts, etc)
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Other duties as they are assigned
Risk Advisory Team Knowledgebase Development/Maintenance Administration Support
Risk Team Cherwell/Sharepoint/MindGenius administration and maintenance support.
Provide Rythmix update/maintenance support for Risk Management Team knowledgebase content at the intranet department site.
Work with Risk Team members to assure knowledge capture for RM support programs, supporting technologies documentation, security analyst/customer process guidance documentation, etc.
Maintain Risk Advisory knowledgebase mindmap/Sharepoint/team home site
Risk and Compliance Reporting
Work with management and Risk Team members to develop/maintain/publish KPI / KRI / team productivity metric reporting for Risk Advisory programs.
Perform other duties as assigned
Annual Professional Training and Personal Development Plan
Attend annual certification training and attain professional certification.
Develop and maintain Personal Development Plan annually
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Two years of experience in one or more information security domains, to include managing security technologies and/or programs and developing information security standards and procedures.
