Enterprise Associate Risk Manager (ERM) This position is responsible for assisting in the rollout, ongoing improvement, and coordination of the institution-wide risk management program including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, tracking and reporting to Executive Leadership and the President. This position may report to an ERM Manager and or directly to the Director of ERM.
Assisting in the ongoing development and operations of the Institution's Enterprise Risk Management program
•Researching and recommending ERM best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve the understanding and communication of risk
•Supporting the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Risk Appetite Framework
•Working directly with various multi-disciplinary areas to identify and report potential risks and opportunities that exist within the Institution's operating landscape
•Where applicable, work with multi-disciplinary area leaders and/or risk owners to develop and enhance risk mitigation plans
•Facilitate and support risk assessments and studies, providing research, analysis, advice and other inputs as required
•Support and execute the planning and facilitation of risk workshops with middle, senior and executive leadership
•Create content and conduct risk-based trainings
•Assist in developing and training a "risk champion's network" to develop and mature a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk identification of risk
•Manage the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool implementation and evolution
•Oversee the development, population, and maintenance of key risk indicators/metrics
•Create and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and readouts to executive leadership
•Train and mentor staff in all facets of the Enterprise Risk Management environment
Required: Two years of experience in finance, compliance audit, risk management in a health care environment.
Required: Bachelor degree in a related field.
